An angry person is often a lonely person with a hidden sadness deep inside.
This can be an unconsciously learned behaviour or a reaction to stress in life. Often the clients I see for Anger Management don't consciously know why they react the way they do which makes it a subconscious problem. Fortunately it is the subconscious that I specialise in working with to create the wanted changes in behaviour.
